Our driver Alex was on time, polite, and very professional. He was a skilled driver and negotiated city and rural traffic safely and efficiently. The van was clean and comfortable for our party. The booking process was easy. We will definitely use Krian again.

We booked two car rides with krian transport. Both were on time. The first ride was with Johnnel. He was very kind, a good driver, and knew a good amount of English. We had a bit of trouble finding out airbnb and he was very patient about that slight delay. He was on time and got us where we needed to go in time as I will.
Our second driver was William, he was friendly and followed road rules, and stopped whenever we asked for him to. The only issue we had with him was he drove a little more jerky (hitting the brake too much, going fast then slow) which made my parents motion sick but we still got where we needed on time and safely.
The company was helpful and patient. We were a little concerned about booking at first as we hadn’t used this company before and there’s always a worry that it’s a scam but they were accommodating and we’re happy to let us book them separately once we knew it was legit. Most of our communication with them was through WhatsApp. Clean and nice vehicles. Responsive company.

Krian is #1
It has been over 50 years since I visited the Philippines. I needed a transport company to take me and my asawa from Manila, North to Baguio, South East to the barangay of San Roque, and back to Manila: Enter Krian Transport.
From the beginning when I explained my itinerary, Krian was very helpful and understanding. We needed a driver for 4 days and 3 nights. We also needed a vehicle large enough to accommodate my asawa and I, as well as four large bags.
Our driver William J was excellent! Not only was he able to navigate the ultra heavy traffic of Manila, he was also able to navigate the windy incline/decline of the road to Baguio. In addition, William not only spoke Tagalog & English, he also spoke Ilocano & Pangasinan: The dialects of my late parents. William was able to find my parents barangay, which was not easy.
I am encouraging my children to visit the Philippines while they are still young: Don’t make the mistake your father made and visit when you are old. The only transport company I will let them use is Krian, and the only driver I will entrust to take them to their grandparent’s barangay is William J.
